Offer your own creations or goods you have the necessary rights to sell. Examples of suitable merchandise include:

Original illustrations, art prints and posters.

Stickers

Individual stickers, sticker packs and sticker sheets.

Postcards

Illustrated, collectible and gift postcards.

Charms & pins

Acrylic keychains, enamel pins, badges and small accessories.

Zines & photobooks

Artbooks, small collections and non-erotic cosplay photobooks.

Other creator goods

Bookmarks, textile accessories and handmade goods that follow the rules.

Fan art does not automatically give you permission to sell. Check rights to characters, images, logos and photographs. Do not use someone else’s work without permission.

♡ What is prohibited

No erotic merchandise

Erotic and pornographic merchandise may not be listed or sold on Darrkitty, in any format: prints, stickers, postcards, photobooks, accessories or other goods.

Sexually explicit imagery, intimate nudity and fetish content are prohibited.
An “18+” or “NSFW” label, censorship or a hidden preview does not make it acceptable.
Any sexualisation of minors, including illustrated characters, is prohibited.
This rule also applies to product photographs, covers, descriptions and creator profiles.

Non-erotic cosplay and original art are welcome. If you are unsure, do not upload questionable material until the rules have been clarified.

Sanctions restrictions

Darrkitty does not work with customers or creators from countries subject to sanctions restrictions imposed by the European Union, the United States or Ukraine. This platform rule applies to participation, selling, buying and shipping.

Current official sanctions lists must be checked before approving a creator or processing an order. The country reference list below is not a list of permitted destinations.

From an idea to your creator page

Create an account
Open the creator account page, choose registration, enter your email and password, then confirm your address using the email link.
Introduce yourself
Submit an application from your account: your creator name, examples of your work, what you want to sell and where you intend to ship from.
Wait for a decision
Registration does not activate a shop automatically. An administrator needs to review the application.
Prepare your products
Once access is granted, prepare clear photos, descriptions, materials, dimensions, a price in euros, stock and shipping origin. Publication is subject to review.

Clear terms before the first order

📦 Shipping

Creators shipping their own goods is a planned fulfilment option. Before sales, destinations, shipping costs, preparation time and estimated delivery times must be defined. The Netherlands warehouse is only planned: do not send stock there yet.

📷 Photos & listings

You can prepare your own photos and descriptions. Photography and listing assistance is planned as a separately agreed service; scope, pricing and timing need to be agreed in advance.

💜 Fees & payouts

Commission rates, payment costs and payout schedules have not been finalised. Online payments are not connected. Agree on the final terms before sales begin.

🧾 Taxes & returns

Taxes, customs charges and seller obligations depend on your country and status. Return conditions, seller contact details and the full price must be clear to buyers before payment.

European countries & shipping

We are preparing the platform for creators and buyers across Europe, beyond the EU. This reference list includes European and transcontinental countries and separate territories. Being listed does not confirm shipping availability.

Dispatch depends on the seller, carrier, customs rules and sanctions restrictions. Shipping to prohibited destinations is not offered. The destination, price and timing must be confirmed before payment. Orders cannot yet be placed through the site.

Do I need to be a professional cosplayer?

No. Artists, illustrators and independent makers are welcome too. Your own work, the necessary rights and compliance with platform rules matter.

Can I receive orders already?

Not yet: checkout, payment collection and payouts have not launched. Registration and preparing a shop do not guarantee sales or income.

Are draft photos private?

Do not treat draft photos as private: images may be accessible through a direct link. Do not upload confidential material, documents or photos containing personal information.

Can I sell erotic art with an 18+ label?

No. Erotic merchandise is prohibited in every category and format, even with an age label or a hidden preview.

What should I prepare for my application?

Your creator name, a short introduction, a portfolio link and a list of products. Do not put passwords, banking details or copies of identity documents in a public description.
